If you are fitting a lovely new bathroom there is nothing worse than getting let down by the sealant. Trade Mate Sanitary Seal is therefore a great little product to have in your armour. It’s a high quality, fast curing silicone sealant that can be used on ceramic, porcelain, glass, plastic and enamel. It offers excellent adhesion, remains permanently flexible, will not crack, shrink or discolour and contains a fungicide to resist mould growth.
We would also recommend Trade Mate Plumber Joint. It’s ideal for jointing all types of threaded fittings and can also be used to seal leaks. It’s a one component, silicone sealant, so there’s no mixing required. It’s also fast cure, so tack free in just two hours – and it offers excellent movement accommodation once cured.
Then, when those finishing touches to a bathroom or kitchen require you to turn your hand to a few different tasks, Joiners Mate Mitre Bond is the product for you. It is a high strength, versatile, two-part adhesive that bonds in just 10 seconds and is suitable for use on MDF, wood, rubber, PVCu, metal and most plastics.
